About The Gruene Door
When my husband, a local homebuilder of 30 years, decided that we should open a restaurant, my immediate reaction was, You've got to be kidding—right? We know absolutely nothing about the restaurant business.
Those words fell on deaf ears and several years later in April of 2009, we opened The Gruene Door. I must say that I am very proud of him, his vision, his dedication and what we have accomplished together with great management, chefs, hosts, servers, bartenders and kitchen staff.
Our restaurant truly is a team effort in achieving great food and great service to ensure that you, our guests, will enjoy a most memorable dining experience.
